Tim Peake, Astronaut - Tim will share how he prepared for a six-month mission on the International Space Station (ISS) and how his training was the best preparation for launching into space. Delegates will discover how immersive simulation is revolutionising workforce training in realistic high-risk environments – minimising risk, optimising performance, boosting confidence and most importantly, improving competence and safety
Dr Ayesha Khanna, founder and CEO of Singapore headquartered ADDO AI - Dr Khanna will describe how AI and machine learning are delivering huge benefits in other sectors.
John McDonald, CEO at OPITO – ‘The global energy skills landscape in the digital age’. We know that the energy industry workforce is changing; a new era of multi-skilled workers that are flexible, dynamic and technology-enabled is emerging. Technology is creating new roles that have never existed before in data science, data analytics and cloud computing, and we must understand the future skills landscape if we are to develop the workforce needed for the future.
Stephen Marcos Jones, Director-General at UK Petroleum Industry Association (UKPIA) - Stephen will look at creating agile organisations that embrace digitalisation.
