Schlumberger Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship
Are you ready for the challenge? Our 3½-year apprenticeship programme provides excellent training and development opportunities for those looking for an inspiring and challenging career.
Maintenance technicians play a critical role in our service operations, and by the end of our 3½ year scheme you will have learnt the skills and techniques necessary to maintain, troubleshoot and repair our state-of-the-art technologies.
You will spend the initial 18 months on our tailor-made training scheme at North East Scotland College gaining the theoretical knowledge needed for your two years of hands-on practice in a workshop environment.
Successful completion of the programme leads to an NC, an HNC in Engineering, an SVQ Level 3 qualification, and a wealth of opportunities for future development and career progression.
“So far the experience has been great and we’re learning at a great pace. We’ve been given a lot of trust and responsibility in the workshop – even from day one.” – Jonathan, Apprentice 2014
