New website matches oil and gas job seekers with STEM employers
A new online portal set up to support both individuals and organisations affected by the impact of the low oil price aims to match job seekers with companies interested in their skills and experience.
The TRS programme has been set up to facilitate the redeployment and recruitment of people working in UK manufacturing, engineering and technology industries who have been affected by reorganisation, restructuring, closures or redundancies.
OPITO is supporting the initiative through which individuals can promote their CV and online profile to regional and national employers. It is part of a wider initiative to promote the attraction, development and retention of people and skills in key industries across the UK.
